By accessing or using MapQube ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

MapQube offers various subscription plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees, including applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewal periods. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases.
If a payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment remains unsuccessful, we may downgrade your account to a free plan or suspend your access to paid features.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Generally, we do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

You retain ownership of all content you create using MapQube, including maps, markers, and 3D objects. By publishing content, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by MapQube and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR TITLE.

Maps and geographic data provided through the Service may contain inaccuracies. Do not rely on the Service for precise location information in situations where incorrect data could lead to injury, death, or property damage.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time by posting updated terms.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

While we implement reasonable security measures and backup procedures, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of your content. MapQube shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, or deletion of your data.
We recommend that you regularly export and backup your maps and content stored on our platform.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level. The Service may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability.

We may suspend or terminate API access for violations of these terms or excessive usage that impacts service quality.
We may offer beta, preview, or experimental features ("Beta Features"). Beta Features are provided "as is" without any warranties and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
You acknowledge that Beta Features may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete functionality. Use of Beta Features is at your own risk.
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including payment processors (Razorpay), authentication providers (Google), and other tools. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
MapQube is not responsible for and does not endorse third-party services. We disclaim all liability for your interactions with third parties.

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any government list of prohibited parties.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without restriction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and MapQube concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
MapQube shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
