Account Creation

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

MapEmbed offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service

6. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using MapEmbed, including maps, markers, and 3D objects. By publishing content, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by MapEmbed and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapEmbed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions and limitations of liability.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
